Hydraulic Kits for Side Dump Tippers
Efficient mining operations demand a fast and effective transport solution. Especially for side tipping of trucks and trailers Hyva has created a series of high performance hydraulic kits. Besides the cylinders, valves and connection kit for the trailer, Hyva also created optimum hydraulic kits for the tractor units and truck tippers.
Description
The following standard side dump kits have been developed:

The 8×4 kits contains 2 cylinders, a tank, valves and all other hydraulic components. The tractor kits contains the complete hydraulic kit to drive the side tipping equipment on the trailer(s). The trailer kits contains 2 cylinders, a valve and all hydraulic couplings to connect to the truck or tractor. For side tipping kits with side doors 2 extra cylinders are included to ope these side doors. Details on the cylinders used can be found in table 1.
